This notice explains what information this website handles, and how we treat information you send us. The short version: the public website collects nothing about you, and we never sell personal information.

This website

The public pages of evergreenretailgroup.com use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, set no cookies, and load nothing from third parties. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Vercel), whose systems record routine technical information about each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. These records are used to operate and secure the service and are not used by us to identify visitors.

The staff portal

Parts of this domain are a private portal for our own staff. Signing in uses Google. The sign-in page and the portal use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to sign in securely and to keep an approved staff member signed in; they are not used for tracking. Access is limited to named accounts that we approve.

Correspondence

If you email us, we use your name, address and message to reply and to conduct business with you. We keep correspondence as part of our business records and do not add you to mailing lists.

Marketplace customers

We sell exclusively through third-party online marketplaces, which process orders and payments under their own privacy policies. We never receive customers’ payment details. Any order information a marketplace shares with us is used only to fulfill and support that order, in line with the marketplace’s rules.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting and email providers, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@evergreenretailgroup.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
